PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Zenyu Properties, 9 Thornhedge Road, Bellport, NY plans to demolish an existing 22.32 x 28.52 garage in the front yard and are seeking to construct a new 28 foot 2 1/2 inch x 21 foot 11 1/2 inch garage in the front yard and install a generator at the rear of the garage. The siding will be a burnt wood to match the existing house. The roofing will be aged copper-colored aluminum and the trim is natural cypress. The windows will be double-hung with a dark brown aluminum finish.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-14-3-5. The property is in the “AA” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The property The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
