PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on February 9, 2019 at 9 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Howard Brickner & Tracy Makow Brickner, 30 Academy Lane, Bellport, NY are seeking to construct a 297 square foot pool house with attached outdoor shower and a 211 square foot free standing pergola. The siding for the pool house will be a beige cedar shingle, the roof shingles will be a grey blend asphalt shingle and the trim will be cedar/azek white. All will match the existing house. The windows will be white double hung. The pergola will be white and constructed of a wood/composite material.
The single family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Academy Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-4-20.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
