  2. Approve the following payments:
    • Resolution: ____ Approve General Fund Checking Abstract Report #12. Consisting of 97 vendors:
      1. General Fund Expenditures:       $267,657.35
      2. Enterprise Fund Expenditures:       34,377.48
      3. Capital Fund Expenditures:            22,053.02

               Totaling:                                         $324,087.85

    • Resolution: ____ Approve the Enterprise Fund Checking Abstract Report #12 Consisting of 26 vendors totaling, $154,121.56.
    • Resolution: ____ Approve the Capital Fund Checking Abstract Report #12 Consisting of 1 vendor totaling, $131,122.00.

    1. Memorial Day Parade – VFW and Bellport Village: May 31, 2021, due to the Pandemic the Parade will be smaller than usual; participating: fire departments and the South Country Ambulance Company
    2. Meet the Candidates – Thomas Shultz and Terry Tuthill of The Advance, Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 9:30AM-Noon (Rain date: Sunday, June 13th) at Village Hall Park
    3. MVP Automotive Inc., Celebrates 20 Years on July 17, 2021, at its Shop on Main Street, with Music and DJ, expecting 175 people.
    4. Assemblyman DeStefano – 2021Boater Safety Course – at the Community Center, on July 12, 2021, maximum of 35 participants.
    5. Sunrise/Sunset Yoga at Mothers’ Beach – Jeanine Donohue, flexible schedule: once per week (more, or less), depending on participants, $500 permit fee.
    6. Bellport Bay Sailing Foundation – US Olympic Committee Regatta, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, August 8-12; 20-25 sailboats expected, 8:00AM-6:00PM
