  2. General Fund Checking Abstract Report #6. Consisting of 79 vendors:
    • General Fund Expenditures: $ 441,062.36
    • Enterprise Fund Expenditures: $ 48,848.75
    • Capital Fund Expenditures:       $  54

                  Totaling:                                    $ 490,362.65

3. Approve the Enterprise Fund Checking Abstract Report #6 Consisting of 21 vendors totaling, $86,330.74.

4. Approve the Capital Fund Checking Abstract Report #6. Consisting of 3 vendors totaling $65,650.49 See Summary of Abstracts, included in Exhibit 2

5. Resolution: ____ Approve the Budget Transfers as of November 23, 2020, as outlined in Exhibit 3.

6. Resolution: ____ Approve a resolution authorizing, subject to permissive referendum, the issuance of an additional $500,000 bond of the Village of Bellport, Suffolk County, New York, to pay part of the costs of the improvements to the municipal dock. (Exhibit 4).

7. Resolution: ____ Approve the Consulting Agreement with JRAssociates; there work is focused on the interface of the Village with FEMA with regard to the Main Dock Project. (Exhibit 4A).

8. Update: The $456,000 BAN for the DPW yard renovations has been renewed with Bridgehampton National Bank for one year. The required $19,000 principal payment has been made. The remaining BAN outstanding after the principal payment is $437,000 with an interest rate of 1.77%

9. Discussion regarding the Boat Slip Rate and related fees for the 2021 Boat Slip Agreement (Exhibit 5) (Possible Resolution: ____)

10. Resolution: ____ Approve Reimbursement of Rental Fees in the amount of $42,500.

11. Resolution: ____ Approve tax lien interest/penalty payment in the amount of $5,841.38.

12. Resolution: ____ Accept the donation of $500 from Michael Coogan received on November 2, 2020 for COVID-19 cleaning and of sanitizing the Community Center.

13. Updates:

    1. Status of the FEMA Main Dock Project
    2. Status of the “Blow-Out of the Staving” of the Rock Dock on the south-east end.
    3. The new Suffolk County Bicycle Code
    4. Government Advocacy: Davidoff, Hutcher, & Citron – Upcoming meeting with US Senator Gellibrand’s Office to discuss our Capital Projects Plan for 2021
    5. Hooping the Dock: Proposal for the south end of the Main Dock.
    6. The Gate at Mothers’ Beach
    7. Playground Grant for Bandshell Marina Beach (Exhibit 9)
    8. Discussion on status regarding noise levels in the village (i.e. construction and landscaping, etc.)

    1. Holiday Wreath Decorating Light Poles in the Village on Main Street, Bellport Lane and Station Road
