The Bellport Village June 2020 Election has not been postponed.
As of now any collection of names on independent petitions has been postponed, which means that any person who is planning on running for office is not allowed to be collecting names, if they collect names they will be voided.
As of today, the Village Election date of June 16, 2020 has NOT been postponed. NYS Board of Elections and the Governor’s office are working together and will update us accordingly.
