PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:

Larissa Kravanja, 22 Bell Street, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a second story, rear addition to a two-story, single-family dwelling.  The siding will match the existing brown shingle siding; the roofing will match the existing brown asphalt roofing; the trim will be white wood to match the existing trim, the windows will be a combination of white double hung and awning windows.

The dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Bell Street Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-9-9.

All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
