NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Preservation Commission of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 9:00 am at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Mary Immaculate RC Church, 16 Browns Lane, Bellport, NY seeks to construct an addition to an existing food pantry. The siding will be texture 111, yellow, to match the existing vertical wood siding; the roof shingles will be dark grey to match the existing asphalt shingle roof and the trim will be painted wood to match the existing trim. The windows will be double hung to match the existing.
The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-9-18. The property is located in the Residence A District and the Browns Lane Historic District.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
