The Village of Bellport Board regrets to announce the cancellation of the annual “Breakfast with Santa” event, traditionally held at the Bellport Community Center.
This decision was made due to the ongoing renovation of the Bellport Community Center. Specifically, the center’s main floor will not be ready for pedestrian traffic by the event date.
The Bellport Community Center floors have been replaced and stained, and the curing process will not be complete in time for the event to be held without damaging the floor.
“We know how much everyone looks forward to Breakfast with Santa, and this was not a decision we took lightly,” said Mayor Maureen Veitch. We need to ensure the Community Center is ready before hosting large-scale events.”

While the breakfast is cancelled, the spirit of the season remains bright! The Village is excited to confirm that the annual Bellport Holiday Parade will proceed as planned on December 6 at 6:00 pm (weather permitting)
