ii) Update on CHIPS program and ability to submit for reimbursement
iii) Board resolutions are needed to establish capital projects for the following:
(a) Village Hall ADA Compliant Ramp – 2019 Community Development Block Grant for $35,000
(b) Community Center ADA Compliant Ramp – 2018 Community Development Block Grant for $33,400
iv) Update on the four projects that were put out for bid and discussion of funding those projects
v) Increase the Tennis Membership by $20.00 for the season
vi) The Draft Enterprise Fund Report
2) Village “Re-Opening” Plan
3) Upcoming Tax Payments Due under the COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis
4) Upcoming Election Process under the COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis
5) Review the Minutes of our April 20, 2020 Board Meeting Minutes
6) Updates:
a) The FEMA Main Dock Project
b) BID Process on the Non-FEMA Four Waterfront Projects
7) Special Events
All Special Events are postponed until the Village receives guidance from Albany and Suffolk County
