          a.       Budget Process for 2020-21 and Reminder of Upcoming Meetings Schedule

          b.      Review Recommended Greens, Carts and Packages Fees for 2020 Season

          c.       Review of Rate Schedule for Ferry, Marina Slip, etc.

          d.      Short-term Cash Requirements and Long-term Debt Planning

          e.       Ability to “Pierce the Tax Cap”

          f.        Proposed Resolution to establish Resurfacing of Station Road/Bellport Lane Capital Project, funded by $460,000 NYS DOT Grant

          g.      Proposed Resolution to close the Capital Project for the Browns Lane sidewalk replacement costing $93,694.45, funded by the reimbursement from                         the Suffolk County Water Authority

          h.      Proposed Resolution for Final Contractual Payout of $16,966.79 upon Retirement of Nicholas Mauro as of February 29, 2020 for accrued sick and                             vacation time

          i.        Proposed Resolution to utilize $16,966.79 of the assigned Employee Liability Fund Balance to fund the sick and vacation payout to Nicholas Mauro

          j.        Discussion of release of $25,000 from repair of assigned Docks Fund Balance and reassign for initial phase of Code Revision
