Approve Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes of September 24, 2018 (Exhibit 1)

Motion made by Trustee Gagliano 2nd by Trustee Ferrigno. APPROVED

Approve Payments of attached bills in the Enterprise Abstract Report, dated October 22, 2018, 25 vendors, totaling $187,720.32; and in the General Abstract Report, dated October 22, 2018, 81 vendors totaling $187,990.65; and further allow the Deputy Treasurer to make the necessary payments and transfers. (Exhibit 2)

1.      Resolution _75_ Approve the  Bank Anticipation Note (BAN) for the First Street Project in the Amount of $1.205M, $475,000 of which will be reimbursed by the NYS SAM Grant received from NYS Senator Thomas Croci, when the project is approved and completed

2.      Resolution _76_ Approve extending for one year via letter agreement the Inter-municipal Agreement (IMA) between Brookhaven Township and the Village of Bellport regarding Waste Management

3.      Resolution _77_ Annexation of Ho Hum Beach, the Updating Survey and adding Monuments, Nelson Pope; Fee: $16,650 (Exhibit 3)

Motion made by Trustee Ferrigno 2nd by Trustee Mackin. APPROVED

4.      Resolution _78_ Approve Bellport Village Procurement Policy to include all federal procurement policy provisions (Exhibit 4)

5.      Resolution _79_Use of Village Facilities and Special Events: (Exhibit 5)

a)       Cornell University Cooperative Extension of Suffolk County’s Marine Program: Marine Meadows Workshop – weaving eelgrass to be planted in Bellport Bay on October 21, weather dependent.
