Resolution # _17_ Accept the letter dated March 11, 2019, form New York State Senator Monica Martinez, regarding the NYS SAM Grant in the amount of $460,000 for the resurfacing of Bellport Lane and Station Road, including Sidewalks, clarifying the description and scope of the project. (Exhibit 5)

13. Resolution # _18_ Accept the letter, dated March 14, 2019, from New York State Senator Monica Martinez, regarding the NYS Multi-Modal Grant in the amount of $50,000 for the resurfacing of Head of the Neck Road, we expended $43,767.26 for the resurfacing with the Town of Brookhaven in an Intermunicipal Agreement. This letter clarifies and denotes the area resurfaced for the grant for the administration of the grant. (Exhibit 5A)
