Approve Payments of the attached invoices in the following Abstract Reports, dated January 28, 2019 (Exhibit 3): Motion made by Deputy Mayor Gagliano 2nd by Trustee Mackin. APPROVED
· Enterprise Fund, 9 vendors totaling $8,463.92;
· General Fund, 80 vendors totaling $319,960.08;
· Capital Fund, 7 vendors, $329,176.70; and
· Authorize the Deputy Treasurer to make the required payments and transfers.

2. Resolution _1_ Accept The Golf Course Masterplan: Love Kington, dated January 2019 (Exh. 3)

3. Updates:
a. CAPITAL PROJECTS: Two BANS have been completed with Bridgehampton National Bank in support of the DPW/1st Street Capital Project:
· $475K (@3.74% Interest) representing the expected proceeds of a SAM (State & Municipal Facility) Grant; and
· $730K (@3.64% Interest) representing the Village’s share of the project cost. The next planned Financing requirement will be for the Main Dock Project ($2.6M)
· Status of the First Street DPW Project
b. The Ho-Hum Pavilion: Exploring Options
c. Ho Hum Marina DEC Permit Approval (Exhibit 6)
d. Status of Bellport Main Dock Project: Structural Design Plans (Exhibit 7)
e. Reminder: Tax Grievance Night scheduled on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, 5:00-9:00PM (In addition, we will schedule a Work Session at 6:00PM)
f. Reminder: Presentation of the recent Sam Schwartz Traffic Study: Consultants scheduled for our next Work Session Meeting on Monday, February 11th, at 6PM
g. Grant Letter for Transportation and Infrastructure from Office of NYS Senator Thomas Croci of $460,000 for the Resurfacing of Station Road and Bellport Lane and Sidewalks (Exhibit 8)
h. New Concrete ADA Compliant Ramp for the Community Center Funded by our Senior Program (Grant Amount: $33,400)
