Call to Order, Pledge of Allegiance & Roll Call:  All present except Trustee Ferrigno

1.      Conduct the Organizational Meeting

2.   Resolution # 56 Approve Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes of June 24, 2019 (Exhibit 1)

      Motion made by Deputy Mayor Gagliano 2nd by Trustee Mackin.  APPROVED

3.      Resolution # 57 Approve proposed Budget Transfers for Financial Statements (Exhibit 2)

Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Trustee Mackin.  APPROVED

4.   Resolution # 58 Approve Payments of the attached invoices in the Abstract Reports, dated May 31, 2019 (Exhibit 3)

      Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Deputy Mayor Gagliano.  APPROVED

·         Enterprise Fund, 2 Vendors totaling 2,146.46

·         General Fund, 5 Vendors totaling $ 12,192.02

·         Authorize the Deputy Treasurer to make the required payments and transfers

5.      Resolution # 59 Approve Payments of the attached invoices in the Abstract Reports, dated July 20, 2019 (Exhibit 4)

Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Trustee Mackin.  APPROVED

·         Enterprise Fund, $ 12 Vendors totaling $ 96,440.92  

·         General Fund, 103 Vendors totaling $ 463,749.32

·         Authorize the Deputy Treasurer to make the required payments and transfers.

6.      Celebrating the 50th Anniversary (to the Day) of the Man on the Moon Landing:  Presentation of a Letter of Recognition to Bellport Village Resident Paul Butler, who worked on the Apollo 11 Mission Moon LEM Landing Craft

7.      Resolution # 60 Inter-Municipal Agreement with Town of Brookhaven: Shared Services for Assessment Information (Exhibit 5)

Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Trustee Mackin, Deputy Mayor Gagliano Abstained. APPROVED

8.      Resolution # 61 Approve and purchase the 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe Suburban from South Country Ambulance for the purchase price of $1.00. Motion made by Trustee Mackin 2nd by Deputy Mayor Gagliano,  APPROVED

9.      Resolution # 62 Purchase from the Bellport Fire Department a 1989 GMC Utility Truck for $4,500. NOT APPROVED

10.  Resolution # 63 Donation: 2005 Chevy Suburban 2500 Series from the Bellport Fire Department

Motion made by Deputy Mayor Gagliano 2nd by Trustee Mackin.  APPROVED

11.  Resolution # 64 Donation by John Beitel of Plantings and Landscaping of the Entrance to the Bellport Marina and Parks

12.  Resolution # 65 Donation: 100” Large Screen for the Community Center from Janet and Michael Foster.

13.  Resolution # 66 Donation by Suffolk County Department of Transportation: 8 LED Traffic Lights (Used)

14.  Updates:

·         Resolution # 67 – Postponement of Public Hearing for September 23, 2019 Board Meeting: Placement of “No Parking” along South Country Road from Country Club to West Border of Bellport Village (Exhibit 6) Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Trustee Mackin.  APPROVED

·         Bridge at the Golf Course – Conditions and Reparations 

·         Ho Hum Floating Dock Extension

·         NYS Grant Application – Playground at the Main Dock: a 50% Match

15.  Resolution # 68 Approve the following Special Events (Exhibit 7)

Motion made by Trustee Rosenberg 2nd by Trustee Mackin.  APPROVED

a)      South Bay Education Foundation Annual Fundraiser: July 13, 2019, from 10AM-9pm, at the home of Chantal and Richard Berman (Retro-active)

b)      Village Yoga at Mothers’ Beach – Nancy Norman, July 11 – August 27th, 7:30am-9:30am

c)      Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts Fund Raiser and Cocktail Party: at Temperance Hall, 164 South Country Road, September 8, 2019, 10am-7:30PM.

d)       The Coastal Challenge 2019 – Annual Kayaking Event: Sarah Malia, IGHL, at Bandshell Park on August 6th, at noon.
