5. Update on Bonding Process:
- Resolution: 115 Approve Bond principal payment of $30,000 and interest payment of $4,106.25 to be paid on July 15, 2021, for the $485,000 Bond

- Resolution 116 Approve Bond interest payment of $3,181.25 due to the Depository Trust/Chase Bank on the $1.42M bond (Enterprise: 65% and General 35%).

- Resolution 117 Approve Mayor Fell to sign the Engagement Letter for Audit Services from Cullen & Danowski in the amount of $29,000 for annual audit and the AUD, $5,000 single audit.

- Resolution 118 Approve the final payment of $16,019.20 for accrued unused paid time off for Raymond Gaschott, who retired effective June 30, 2021, from the Bellport DPW.

- Resolution 119 Approve for Mayor Fell to sign the Settlement and Release Agreement between SCWA and the Village of Bellport. The Village of Bellport will pay SCWA the amount of $3,894.13
