- General Fund Checking Abstract Report #7. Consisting of 67 vendors:

- Enterprise Fund Expenditures: $6,161.59
Totaling: $229,065.40
General Fund Checking Abstract Report #7.1 totaling $42,500 for return of rental registration fees.

3. Approve the Enterprise Fund Checking Abstract Report #7 Consisting of 21 vendors totaling, $90,354.09.
4. Approve the Capital Fund Checking Abstract Report #7. Consisting of 1 vendor totaling $3,330.00

5. Resolution: 110 Approve the Budget Transfers as of December 21, 2020, as outlined in Exhibit 3.

7. Update: The BAN for the DPW yard renovations has been renewed on December 18, 2020 with Bridgehampton National Bank for one year. The required $29,200 principal payment has been made. The remaining BAN outstanding after the principal payment is $671,600 due with a new interest rate of 1.75%
8. Resolution: 112 Approve the Main Rock Dock Bulkhead Emergency Capital Project

9. Resolution: 113 Approve the Bulkhead at the Terminus of Browns Lane Emergency Capital Project

10. Resolution: 114 Approve the Bellport Golf Course Fees for the upcoming 2021 season. (Exhibit 5).

11. Resolution: 115 Approve the Suffolk County Multi-Jurisdictional Mitigation Plan (Exhibit 6).

12. Resolution:116 Set a Public Hearing for the Village Code change regarding the Municipal Parking Lot at our next regularly scheduled Board Meeting to be held on January 25, 2021

13. Resolution: 117 Approve appointment of Graheme Williams to the Bellport Village Planning Board for until the Reorganizational Meeting in July 2021.

- Government Advocacy: Davidoff, Hutcher, & Citron – Overview of the meeting with US Senator Gillibrand’s Long Island Regional Office headed by Office Director, Janake House to discuss our Village Capital Projects Plan for 2021 (Exhibit 7)
- The Gate at Mothers’ Beach
- Playground Grant for Bandshell Marina Beach (Exhibit 8)
- Discussion on Landscaping and Construction Contractors within the Village regarding Code noise levels and gasoline powered equipment; Trustee Rosenberg to set-up a Committee (i.e. construction and landscaping, etc.)

- Holiday Wreath Decorating 54 Light Poles in the Village on Main Street, Bellport Lane and Station Road
