Over the past several years, the Village, and specifically the Waterfront Management Commission, have been working with engineers on a significant and much-needed upgrade to the Marina, with a sizable grant from HUD.

Since March 2024, the Village has been working closely with environmental engineering firm, VHB, and its representatives will be on hand to walk us through the project’s purpose and goals, present and solicit feedback on the current preliminary concept design, and outline next steps. Learn about VHB https://www.vhb.com/

Everyone is encouraged to attend! Come learn about the current phase of the project. We encourage boaters and non-boaters alike– anyone who enjoys the marina and waterfront – to offer feedback on the latest preliminary conceptual design and learn more about the project by interacting with the project team and provide feedback during the interactive component of this informational session.

Your input is needed! As part of the workshop, you will be able to provide input and feedback via a survey which will be provided in person and made available online (Friday, November 15th) which will remain open until 5pm on November 21st. Additionally, you’ll be able to provide comments directly on the preliminary concept design at the workshop. Your input/feedback will be taken into account in the next project phase.
