PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Historic District Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 9 am in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Kayla Agran & Ilana Schwartz, 10 Academy Lane, Bellport are seeking construct a two-story addition on the south side of an existing single-family dwelling. The siding will be white cedar shingles; the roofing will be asphalt shingles to match the existing; the trim will be white wood to match the existing and the windows will be Anderson A-series.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District and the Academy Lane Historic District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-7-15.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
