PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past November 3, 2020, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Realsearch LLC, 11 Maplewood Drive, Bellport, NY is seeking to add a 612.6 square foot attached two (2) car garage and a 66 square foot front covered porch to an existing single-family dwelling. The new garage and existing house will be sided with white Hardie vertical board and batten siding and slate gray Hardie lap board; the roof of the garage will match the existing dwelling; the trim will be white Azek; the windows will match the existing windows on the home and the garage door will be white.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-3-46. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
