PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past March 28, 2021, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Lenor Properties LLC, 7 Thornhedge Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to renovate an existing pool house, renovate an existing garage, demolish an existing pool and construct a new pool, all of which are located in the front yard of an existing dwelling. The pool house and garage will be sided with burnt wood siding; the roofing will be a standing seam metal roof; the trim will be putty color — Versatex or similar material, and the windows will be Anderson casement, awning and sliding windows.
The property is located in the “AA” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-14-3-4.
