PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past October 4, 2020, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Lealand Richard and Nathan King, 14 Broadview Avenue, Bellport are seeking to construct a 1,244 square foot second story addition to an existing single-story dwelling.
The siding will be light grey hardie board, the roof will be black asphalt, the trim will be white azek, the windows will be Anderson windows, double hung.
The single family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-6-3-13.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
