PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past November 3, 2020, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Here Comes The Sun, 18 Oak Meadow Lane, Bellport is seeking to construct a 3,260 square foot, two story, single family dwelling with a 237 square foot front covered porch and an attached 456 square foot garage. The siding will be red cedar perfection wood shingles; the roof will be charcoal black, architectural asphalt fiberglass shingles and the trim will be white Azek. The windows will be Anderson 400 series, white.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-3-1.5.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
