PUBLIC HEARING OF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past March 28, 2021, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
David Park and Sandra Galvis, 11 Livingston Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to renovate an existing two-story, single family dwelling, reposition an existing building and reconfigure an existing driveway. The siding on the house will be white cedar shingles, the roofing material will be a grey/brown dimensional composite to match the existing accessory buildings, the trim will be white cedar or azek and the windows will be double hung, painted white.
The property is located in the “A” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-8-7-4.
