PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past October 4, 2020, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Colin Stokes, 6-8 Circuit Road, Bellport, New York, seeks to convert an existing sunroom to habitable space and add a 66 square foot rear addition at 6 Circuit Road. The siding will be white vinyl to match the existing white vinyl siding; the trim will be white Azek; the roofing will match the existing black asphalt shingles; the shutters will be black to match the existing, and the windows will be Anderson, white double hung.
Additionally, Mr. Stokes is seeking to add a 115 square foot addition to the front of 8 Circuit Road and construct a wood deck on the side of the dwelling. The siding will be white vinyl siding; the roofing will match the existing light grey asphalt shingles; the trim will be wood, painted black to match the existing trim; the front will have shutters which are a black composite material and the windows will be Anderson, white double hung.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-7-4-11.
