If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Cedar Bluff LLC, 5 Cedar Bluff Road, Bellport, New York, seeks to demolish an existing 8,388 square foot, two-story single-family residence and construct a new 12,605 square foot, two-story, single family residence with a sunken tennis court in the front yard. The siding will be grey wood and gray/white brick; the roofing will be EPDM material; the roof fascia and spandrels will be white sheet metal panels with a polyester finish with black metal flashing on top. The windows will be white aluminum clad, fixed double pane and awning casement and the doors will be white aluminum clad with matching white finish.
