PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past July 6, 2020, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Ronald & Danielle Villano, 9 Woodland Park Road, Bellport, NY seek to construct a 10 foot x 17 foot pool house with a 9 foot 3 inch x 14 foot pergola. The siding will be white Hardiplank, the trim will be white Azek, the roofing will be black asphalt shingles and the windows will be white, double hung.
The single family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-1-35.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
