NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on March 28, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Peter Scordo, 6 Woodland Park, Bellport, NY is seeking to renovate an existing two story, single-family dwelling. Renovations include squaring off a bay window in the rear, reframing of the front portico roof, new siding, new windows and new doors. The siding will be cedar shingle and clapboard painted white; the trim will be wood, painted white; the windows will be double hung and casement. The existing asphalt shingle roof will remain.
The dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District and the Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-1-3. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
