PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
6 Point Road LLC, 6 Point Road, Bellport is seeking approval for an existing roof deck and for proposed stairwell from the roof deck to the ground. Additionally, they are seeking to change the siding, the size and placement of windows, the placement of the chimney and the material for the garage doors and the color of the exterior finishes that were approved at the March 24, 2022 Architectural Review Board meeting. The siding will change from medium grey Hardi-plank to seashell white brick; the color of the standing seam roof will change from gray to copper; and the trim will change from gray Azek/mahogany to white Azek. The windows will change from dark gray casement to anodized beige awning, casement and picture. The doors will change from dark grey to anodized beige. The railing for the roof deck and the stairway will be white, powder coated aluminum.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-15-1-15. The property is in the “AA” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
