PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on September 26, 2024 at 7pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
The John Warwick Robinson Trust and Joanna Elizabeth Robinson Trust, 5 New Jersey Avenue, Bellport, NY are seeking to construct a single-story addition in the front of the house, add a second story over an existing single-story sunroom and renovate the exterior of a single-family dwelling. The siding will be white, cedar; the roof will be natural cedar, the trim will be white, Azek, and the windows will be double hung, mixed sizes.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-6-12.1. The property is in the B Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The property The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
