PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Benjamin Hawkins, 46 Colonial Lane, Bellport is seeking to construct a second-floor addition to an existing two-story, single-family dwelling. The siding will be beige vinyl shingles; the roofing will be brown shingles; the siding will be white vinyl and wood; the shutters will be white and the windows will be double hung. All materials will match the existing dwelling.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-4-3-3. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
