PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past January 1, 2021, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
4 Thornhedge LLC, 4 Thornhedge Road, Bellport, NY seeks to demolish an existing sunroom and construct a 220 square foot addition in the rear of a single-family dwelling. The siding will be natural cedar shingles, the roofing will be asphalt shingles to match the existing roof; the trim will be azek and match the trim on the house. The windows will be a mix of double hung and easement.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-13-2-5. The property is in the “A” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
