PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past February 26, 2021, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Jennifer Simon and Jeremy Butler, 4 Bayview Street, Bellport, NY seek to add 2 dormers to the front of an existing dwelling, add a canopy over the front door, add a mahogany deck in the rear of the dwelling, re-side and re-roof the house, and replace all windows and doors including the garage door. The canopy will be wood; the siding will be wood, painted white; the roofing will be black asphalt shingles; the trim and doors will be wood, painted off-white and the windows will be casement.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-7-5-19. The property is in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
