PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Francesco & Ashley Cuffaro, 34 General McLean Drive, Bellport are seeking to renovate an existing single-story, single-family dwelling. Renovations include converting an existing garage to habitable space; constructing a new roof over front entry and adding a side entry; constructing two decks and a pool in the rear; moving and changing windows; new siding, new roofing and new trim. The siding will be natural western red cedar; the roofing will be GAF shingles, oyster gray; the trim will be white Azek; the windows will be white, Anderson 400 double hung and casement.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-4-10. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
