PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Holly Ann & Joseph Sena, 28 Maplewood Drive, Bellport, NY are seeking the following variances to construct a single-story, garage addition to a single-family dwelling. The siding will be clay vinyl siding; the roofing will be brown asphalt architectural shingles; the trim will be white Azek and the windows will be white, double hung. All materials and finishes will match the existing dwelling.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-2-2-28. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
