PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Mark Tomei, 26 Second Street, Bellport, NY is seeking to demolish an attached garage and construct a new single-story addition that will include a bedroom and one-car attached garage. The siding will be natural, unstained cedar shiplap; the roofing will be charcoal gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be white wood and the windows will be double hung.
The property is located in the “B” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-5-6-25.
