PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on January 23, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Jerry Devito & Kim Hyland-Devito, 25 Thornhedge Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to renovate an existing single-family dwelling, including converting an existing screen room, garage and breezeway to living space; constructing pool and deck additions, and adding an outdoor shower. The siding will be white Hardie Board, the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be white vinyl and the windows will be Anderson 400 series picture windows. All materials will match the existing materials.
The Residence is located in the “AA” residence district and the Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-15-1-9.6. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
