PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on March 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
The James Wood Revocable Trust, 24 Circuit Road, Bellport, is seeking to construct a rear addition; construct a new rear deck and renovate an existing single-story, single-family dwelling. Renovations include replacement of existing white frame windows and relocation of the front entrance to the north side of the dwelling. The existing white clapboard siding will remain on the existing dwelling and the existing roof will have cedar shake shingles. The addition will have hunter green, board and batten siding; green trim; hunter green Anderson Architectural Windows and green asphalt roof shingles.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-4-5-16.1.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
