PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Michael Houston, 22 Oak Meadow Lane, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a second story dormer on the rear of the house; demolish an existing rear deck and construct a new smaller deck. The dormer will have cedar shake siding, asphalt shingles, painted wood trim and an Anderson 400 series window that will match the existing house. The deck will be Ipe wood.
The property is located in the “A” Residence District. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-3-1.3. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
