PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Jennifer Kusa and Thomas Burkly, 22 Livingston Road, Bellport are seeking to demolish a majority of an existing two story dwelling and construct a new two-story, single family dwelling with a rear deck. The siding will be wood, bevel overlap painted white; the roofing will be black asphalt shingle; the trim will be wood painted white; the windows will be Anderson 400 Series, Double-Hung and the doors will be Anders 400 Series White.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-11-4-4. The property is in the “A” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
