PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
21 Thornhedge Road, LLC, 21 Thornhedge Road, Bellport is seeking to build a detached garage, an in-ground pool, a deck, a pergola, pool equipment and a generator in the front yard. They are seeking to construct a pergola in front of the dwelling and renovate an existing boat house with deck in the rear yard. The siding and roofing for the garage and boathouse will be untreated cedar shingles to weather naturally; the trim will be wood to match weathered cedar. The windows on the boathouse will be aluminum clad with finish to match the siding and the deck on the boathouse will be untreated IPE to weather naturally. The pergolas will be untreated cedar to weather naturally.
The property is located in the “AA” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-13-3-3. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
