PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on June 27, 2024 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
CanAm Capital Partners 15 Point, LLC, 15 Point Road, Bellport is seeking to demolish an existing dwelling and two existing detached garages. They are seeking to construct a two-story, single-family dwelling, a boat house and tennis court. Additionally, they are seeking to renovate an existing pool house. The siding on the dwelling will be beige brick and clear cedar stained to match the brick; the roof will be flat and covered in a white, rubber membrane; the windows will be a combination of black aluminum casement and sliding; the doors will be black aluminum siding and pivot. The siding, windows and doors on the boathouse and the renovated pool house will match the dwelling. The roof on the boat house will be flat and covered in a white rubber membrane. The roof for the pool house will be a black, standing seam, metal roof.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-16-1-1.1. The property is located in the “AA” Residence District. All interested parties may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
