NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on August 28, 2025 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Pearl Rocks LLC, 13 S. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a rear addition. The siding will be grey, wood shingles; the roofing will be black, architectural shingles; the trim will be white Azek. All materials will match the existing dwelling.
The Residence is located in the “A” residence district and the Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-2-4. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
