NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on November 20, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Christopher Squeri & Christina Rando, 11 Circuit Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to construct a single-story addition and exterior basement entrance on the south side of a single-family dwelling. Additionally, they are seeking to construct a roof over front porch. The siding will be grey shingles; the roofing will be gray asphalt shingles; the trim will be white, vinyl; the windows will be double hung. The porch columns will be white.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk –County Tax Map Number is 0202-7-4-22.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
