PUBLIC HEARING OF
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on May 23, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Toby Taylor-Willis, 99 Country Club Road, Bellport, NY seeks to add a single story, 902 square foot addition to the rear of an existing two story, single family dwelling. The beige vinyl siding will match the existing house but the side facing the pool will be a dark grey. The roof will match the existing asphalt gray and the trim will match the existing white trim. The windows will match what currently exists on the house.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible. The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-1-1-16.
