PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that should the Executive Order suspending New York Open Meetings Law not be extended past July 6, 2020, the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 23, 2020 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application. If the suspension of the New York State Open Meetings Law is extended past the above referenced date, the meeting will be streamed live over the internet and interested parties can find the link at www.bellportvillageny.gov.
Bellport Lane LLC, 19 Bellport Lane, Bellport is seeking to demolish an existing 250 square foot detached garage and is seeking to construct the following in the rear of the building: a new 250 square foot storage area, a new 159 square foot walk in freezer and a 154 square foot dumpster. The siding of the storage area will be white, Hardie plank; the roofing will be a black commercial epdm membrane roof and the trim and fascia will be white Azek. The walk-freezer will be clad in a white stucco finish. The dumpster enclosure will be a chain link fence with green privacy slats.
The building is located in the “E” Business District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-8-3-30.
