PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on January 9, 2020 at 7:00 pm at Bellport Village Hall, located at 29 Bellport Lane, Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
Jonathan Melmed & Shoshana Quint, 14 Oak Meadow Lane, Bellport, NY seek construct a two story, rear addition to an existing single family dwelling. The siding will match the existing white cedar, the roofing will match the existing black asphalt shingles, the trim will match the existing white cedar and the windows will be Marvin casement that match the existing windows.
The single family dwelling is located in the “A” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-11-3-1.7.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
