PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE thatthe Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 24, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Wayne Hu, 91 N. Howells Point Road, Bellport is seeking to demolish an existing sunroom and construct a new sunroom in the rear of a single-family dwelling. The siding, the roofing and the trim will be white aluminum.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-2-1-7.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
