NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Shawn Gomes, 79 N. Howells Point Road, Bellport is seeking to construct a roof over porch at the front of a single-family dwelling and construct a detached garage in the rear yard. The columns for the front porch will be natural cedar and the roof will be black asphalt shingles. The siding for the garage will be natural cedar siding to match the existing house; the roofing will be black asphalt shingles to match the house and the trim and the garage door will be white.
The single-family dwelling is located in the “B” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-5-1-6.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
