PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, located at 4 Bell Street, Bellport, New York to consider the following application:
The Frabizio Family Trust, 6 N. Howells Point Road, Bellport, NY is seeking to construct a covered front porch in the front of a single-family dwelling. The roofing will be a flat black rubber roof; the columns will be wood wrapped in white Azek; the trim and railing along the top of the roof will be white Azek.
All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The residence is in the B Residence District and the Suffolk County Tax map number 0202-7-5-15. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
