PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Village of Bellport Architectural Review Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 27,2023 at 7 pm in the Bellport Community Center, 4 Bell Street, Bellport, NY to consider the following application:
Dennis & Michelina Maguire, 57 Bieselin Road, Bellport, NY are seeking to construct a covered front porch, a second story addition and an attached garage addition. Additionally, the siding and roofing will be replaced. The siding will be Mountain Sage Hardie Board lap siding; the roofing will be gray, GAF asphalt shingles, the trim will be white Azek and the windows will be Anderson, white, double hung.
The Suffolk County Tax Map number is 0202-4-2-21. The property is in the “B” residence district. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard. The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
